So here we are. Living in the modern world. Technology is at an all time high. Global economics has never been bigger, as the communication gap between cultures narrows. Information, one could assume, would be quite accessible and free roaming, and yet, our world is binging on some of the worst food available. Autoimmune diseases are on the rise, diabetes is on the rise, cancer is on the rise, food allergies are on the rise, obesity, and high blood pressure are, yep you guessed it, on the rise. Whats worse, the vast majority of the medical industry is aligned towards curing symptoms, rather then tackling the diseases. Prescription industries have our societies in a choke hold when it comes to health issues. It seems as though everyone has come to terms with health problems, as if they are supposedly normal... When did this happen? When did we decide fleeting health was normal? Why have we let these simple issues become devastating "Epidemics".
This blog is for education, for understanding, and hopefully, to get back something extremely important that we have lost in this modern world, Nutrition. Not just in our bodies, but in our minds and in our souls.
Expect an array of different posts, ranging from some simple tips, complex thought, philosophies, alternative treatments, recipes, and any thing else under the sun when it comes to Proper Nutrition and Being Human.
